Teaching Principle:
Language is a means to bring individuals together. Aptly referred to as the ‘Divine Language’, Samskritam has been perfected by our ancient sages not just as a mode of human communication but also as a medium through which one can understand oneself and his/her surroundings. All of us are gifted with an innate ability to absorb the beauty and sophistication associated with this great language. What is required is a natural way of teaching that can bring forth this innate ability. By following a teaching technique that has been perfected by scoreless volunteer-instructors of Samskrita Bharati, even a person of non-Indian origin with no prior knowledge of Samskritam can be made to attain the basic skills of Spoken Samskritam.
