Yoga Youth Camp for Children (Ages:7-12 years)
Conducted jointly by Yogabharathi Detroit Chapter and
Swami Vivenkananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, (SVYASA, USA), Houston.

About the Program:

This 5 day program covers Yogasanas, Suryanamaskar, Yogic games, Quiz, Group discussion and talents presentation etc. A light snack and juice will be provided each day, however lunch is not provided.
Your child should be atleast 7 years of age and nor more than 12 years off age at the time of the camp.

About the Instructor: Smt Vasundhara Mahesh(Msc, MB YR)

Smt Vasundhara has several years of theoretical and practical knowledge in teaching as well as research experience in Yoga related fields. She completed her MSc in Yogic Sciences from Mangalore University and later obtained Membership of Board of Yoga Researchers degree from SVYASA, Bangalore for her thesis on 'Effect of Yoga on Creativity in Children'. Presently, she is working on research activities towards a Doctoral degree in Yoga in Windsor.

After care available:

After care is available until 5:00PM every day at an additional cost of $50/-. Children staying full time will need to bring their lunch.
