I feel it was a very nice session with a proper focus on covering a lot of relavant topics. I really appreciated the clear intention of teaching the techniques so that we could practice this at home or anywhere else. I have been trying to see and read some books but was always skeptical on doing the critical things right - like postures, breathing in/out etc. I feel that this is going to provide a lot of clarity on this front. Also, since the classes are for beginners, I was very comfortable in asking any basic doubts. I feel that Yoga would help in keeping fit and relieving stress in our daily lives. I look forward to your next sessions.

I joined the Yoga class in December '03 and have been a regular attendee since then. I've found Yoga to be very beneficial to me.

Prior to joining the classes I'd a lot of breathing problems. I used to feel stressed out with work, and irregular timings caused health problems like stomach upsets. Long hours in front of a PC was straining my back and neck. I was contemplating Yoga for quite some time. When I came across Yogabharati which conducts classes every Sundays, I joined it rightaway. The best part of Yogabharati is that it is aimed at Software professionals like you and I and is conducted by software professionals too. It addresses the specific concerns of software professionals.

I've completed my elementary session here and I'm already seeing the benefits of it. The breathing exercises I learnt here have sufficiently reduced not only my breathing problems, but my other problems as well. Long and deep breathing helps me stay calm and relaxed through out the day without geting vexed up unnecessarily. The neck and back exercises have reduced the strain in those organs. The various relaxation techniques can be used anytime depending on how quickly we need relaxation. Yoga has brought in a new sense of order in me. My health problems are gradually subsiding too!!

The instructors, Uday and Jagadeesh, are trained Yoga instructors. They are both with the software industry, and hence understand our problems better. They are very methodical in their approach to training and give individual attention to every attendee and their issues.

I try to practise YOGA regularly for 30 - 45 mins in the morning, typically between 6:15 am - 7.00 am. If I'm in a hurry, I make sure I do the SuryaNamaskara, which is a complete exercise for all the organs. I would advice all the software professionals to try it once.

The yoga classes really helped a lot and it was very good. I have been practising it daily for just 15 minutes but I can still see the difference. Thanks for arranging the same. The course (the exercises - number and variety) was well planned and spread out well. I had not learnt any yoga before but did not find it tough. The timings were convenient too.

We felt it was a very good experience and learnt lot of good asanas.  It is very handy as it was spread in a short duration. I feel may be we need to get used to these, some practice is needed or attend the next batch.  I feel the way the whole course is organized well. You people are doing a good job and I am motivated to take up further courses. I will also forward to my friends also.
