 While, pranayama and Meditation are excellent tools for relaxation and stress relief, understanding yoga and its concepts through discourses, satsangs are also very important in leading a stress free, healthy, peaceful life.
Of the four streams of yoga namely - Jnana Yoga, Raja Yoga,Karma Yoga and Bhakti Yoga, the last of them seems to be the easiest to practice by many. Bhakti teaches us to love ourselves and simply expand this love to the entire universe. Raghuramji takes us through the journey of Bhakti through Bhagavad Gita's Shloka Sangraha - a set of selected shlokas of Gita.

Raghuramji's Bio:

Sri N.V.Raghuram is the spiritual founder of Yoga Bharati. He is a faculty at Swami Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation (www.svyasa.org), Bangalore INDIA. Sri Raghuram has trained under some of the most renowned exponents of yoga in India and has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. He has presented workshops and papers in several international conferences around the world. He has been instrumental in starting yoga therapy programs in many hospitals and medical research centers in US and Europe. He also trains certified yoga instructors and guides Ph.D. students in their intensive research on yoga.
